La Retro Boutique is an online retail business using multiple venues for sales. This can create somewhat of an email traffic jam at times for us at times.

I began using MailTank for our customer service emails. I was thrilled with the ability to set up teams to separate out our venues and plan to use this feature more extensively. I now am using MailTank for all of our business communications with both customers and vendors. The layout is SO SIMPLE and easy to manage that it works well to have all of our company email coming into MailTank.

The customer service is the BEST I’ve ever experienced from any service provider. I can’t say enough about this aspect of the team at MailTank.

The ease of use is by far the most valuable feature. There is no glitz or glamorous graphics to confuse the intent of the program. I can see exactly what needs dealt with and deal with it quickly. I’m using the Tags feature in order to build folders for important email//customer events such as exchanges, returns, lost packages, ect. The search functionality is EXCELLENT. It simply meets our needs perfectly.
