New Feature: Template tagging!
We are very excited to announce our newest feature: Template Tagging!
Yes, you can now tag your templates, and it works just like tagging messages or contacts. With this new feature it is even easier to organize and identify your templates. But wait, there is more…
Any tags on the template are automatically applied to a message when the template is used to draft or reply to a message.
This saves you time by cutting out a number of clicks and improves the consistency throughout your team.
To get started, simply create a new template (or edit an existing one), add the tags you want, and then save the template.
Again, when you draft a message or compose a reply (including Quick and Rapid replies) to a message using that template, the tags will be applied to the note automatically.
